Animation, the simple test.

I was working on this last night, I was trying to figure out how to improve animation. So I came up with a simple test , that if you turn your dialogue off and just watched the scene would it still work? If you do that in a normal movie or a movie that you can't read the subtitles you usually get the idea of what the movie is about, So why can't you do that with animation?
Here it is, not looking very pretty, but I only have paint on my computer at the moment.
