Found a letter from Walt Disney instructing How to train an animator.
It is very interesting as animator, how do we progress without failing and trying again. The hard part is if you are not working in the industry you usually don't have whole days to spare to work out the kinks that you come across animating and even sometimes you don't even have time to animate. Therefore we have to lean on others to provide us with their knowledge and guidance and hope that we can be inspired to move on our way to better animation.
