Nearly the end of another year, Oh My..

The latest offering from the Muppets "The Ringing of the bells". So in good faith I offer you a Merry Christmas or a very Happy Holidays and hope next year is better then this one for one and all.
One thing I do think the Muppets do very well is a clear sense of personality and entertaining relationships developed by the characters playing off against each other.

Are there any must have's that all animators should have (Animator's Survival Kit, Illusion of Life, Wall-e, blogs, websites) and/or study?
You must have a curiosity for things. How does it move? What were they thinking? Why does your cat lift its leg when it licks itself? You can't learn animation from any book, the books just guide your curiosity. If you didn't have that curiosity, then you probably wouldn't have any of those books (or wouldn't read them anyway), and you probably wouldn't have read this...
